Gerald Lee has over 30 years of government and public affairs experience. He has served as Regional Director of Government Relations for the American Cancer Society, Vice President of Governmental Affairs for The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of Governmental Affairs for the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Governmental Affairs Director for the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Chief of Staff to a San Antonio City Councilman, and Legislative Aide to a State Representative.

Gerald is the former owner of Lee Public Affairs. In that capacity, Gerald represented a wide array of clients including: insurance companies, engineering firms, construction firms, non-profits, and various other business interests.

Gerald has experience in lobbying before the Texas Legislature and various local government entities. He has achieved high profile victories, such as PGA Village while at the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, Smokefree San Antonio as campaign director, passage of legislation that allowed for voter approval of the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) while at the American Cancer Society.

Gerald is well versed in doing media interviews with radio, TV, and newspaper. In addition, he has gone before editorial boards on behalf of clients. He has also done governmental, public affairs, and message training for clients and volunteer organizations.

Gerald Lee previously served as a Board of Trustee on the VIA Metropolitan Transit Authority and the Alamo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization. He currently serves on the Boards of the University Health System Foundation and Ride Connect Texas. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of San Antonio, and is a past board member of the Symphony Society of San Antonio, Lifetime Recovery, Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Antonio, San Antonio State Hospital Volunteer Council, and American Lung Association.
